Be careful of Chris and his talking. Went in with cash to do a deal. Spent two hours waiting for him to come back with a price on a brand new car. Had a good trade in ready. Low balled us on the trade and refused to offer us a deal on the new car. Then proceeded to tell us that we were not in the driving seat in the negotiations. Absolutely rude and terrible service. Go elsewhere.

I am so grateful to Rory from the Sales department for delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Not only did he provide exemplary assistance during my Corolla purchase, but he also went above and beyond by ensuring I was taken care of when I found myself stranded due to the car repairer being disorganised. Thanks Dan E. for helping me from start to finish with purchasing my new car. My 3 boys and I upgraded from a 2001 Daewoo Lanos to a 2022 Rav4. I had to explain to my children why our new car didn't have a stick that winds around in a circle to wind the windows down. The door latch was broken on 1 of the Daewoo doors and was not useable, so my 5 year old is excited he can finally open his door without having to climb over the seats anymore. This car means so much to us and we are so grateful. Thanks Toyota!

Very disappointed in Sci-Fleet. After already sick to death of useless quality of servicing and customer service from Torque Toyota at Northlakes. Not having a bar of Toyota dealerships again. I had a very pleasant experience buying my SR off Chris at Sci-Fleet Kedron, but obviously when you’re handing over big dollars they make you feel apart of the family, until you need anything else. The total lack of respect from so called customer service reps is not acceptable. I couldn’t get through to the parts department so service picked up for them. Who I spoke to was very rude and blunt, not what you expect when you’ve handed over 50k for a vehicle. Not to mention I was originally quoted $30 earlier on the week for tray mud flaps to then find out they’re actually $90 EACH. You can keep your product im not giving you a single cent for anything genuine ever again. Using them was only representing your branch of Toyota but I think I might just go else where from now on. I’ve had mates go through Grand Prix Mazda Caboolture and I’ve herd nothing but excellent comments and great customer service, I know where I’ll be buying from next time.
